Bottom line... if you've got your heart set on Crestron you will have to be creative to get it. In seven years as a Crestron dealer I can't remember Crestron asking me who was getting the products I ordered, just when will the check get here. I would ask the other dealer for product and sub the programming back to them since you're probably not as proficient. Win/win?
