I have a Home Theater Master MX-500 and have tried programming it and just can't get it right. I can't get the macros figured out. It is very important that my wife will be able to work with the remote, so I really need it to be as accurate as possible.

I was wondering if anyone is from CT and help me or I can bring my remotes to?
