I will be installing a 63" Samsung plasma (HPN6339) and integrating a Crestron CP2E with a 1700c panel. A Yamaha RXZ1 will be switching the video, and the components will include a Pace HD cable box, Sony SAT-B65 sat receiver, and a Yamaha DVD. There will also be video signals input through the RXZ1 from a video game console (PS2 or XBOX, but video signal will be composite). My problem so far is that I will not be able to manage the inputs on the Samsung plasma through
the Crestron. I have downloaded the IR codes from the files section on this site, but only the discrete "on" and "off" work. Do other discrete codes exist for this plasma, or will I have to work around this? The only thing I can think of is to use only one component video output from the RXZ1 to the plasma, only requiring it to be on one input. The only problem now is that I will have two sources (sat and games) that are non-component video. Will the RXZ1 or a comparable A/V receiver upconvert S-video and composite video to component? Please Help!

Denon 5803 will upconvert everything to component, as will the 3803.
