Are the emitters being put inside respond better or worse then the ones placed outside? Do they have the same problems of flooding receiver if signal is too strong?

You put emitters inside so that they don't fall off. It's almost impossible for the maid to knock off an emitter that is placed inside the equipment. If these manufactures didn't want us to open up their equipment they would put IR plugs in the back. I'd much rather just use mono cables!!
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)

Hard to believe wiha is letting you down. Are you putting
them into a full torqued 24v drill or what? FWIW, I have
my set from MCM and they haven't given me any grief.
This is actually the one I have:

Probably chinese too but who knows.

Same ones I use with no issues so far.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Finally upgraded my collection of Extron screw drivers :)

Per tweeterguy's suggestion i got myself some big boy tools today. I was walking thru fry’s and spotted this nice little interchangeable screwdriver set. Good quality, made in Taiwan but comes with a lifetime warranty and the company, Boxer Tools is located in California.
