The VP14 has four ports so 1 for Crestron 1 for Pronto and 2 left for equipment.

Procon, now owned by AMX, have a RS232 Serial Combiner product (Model 8220-01) that might be useful as it has 10 receive ports and a single transmit port. It is specifically intended for multiple control systems to talk to a single device.

Bare in mind that this combiner can only work 1-way, i.e. feedback from the device to all controllers is not possible.
