My problem with Pronto is that anyone can buy them on the web, for the same price that I get through my distributor. I just lost a sale on one, and the guy still wants me to program it. That's the last one that I will quote. I have a TSU3000 at home, and I have spent more than enough time programming it, with help from this site. I am going to look more to the Harmony and Marantz stuff myself...

How about saying no? Does he bring a steak to a restaraunt and ask them to cook it? Remeber, this guy needs you to make his Pronto something better than a paperweight.
Carpe diem!

Stay well away from RTI, at least at the moment. Our distributor told us the T2 has a 65% return rate. Oh my god.

They are supposedly releasing a next generation of this remote, but, oh well, too bad, so sad. I don't have time for crap like this.
i wanna go home now
