The way to do this cost effectvily is to get a remote controlled coaxial A/B switch from MCM electronics and wire the emmitters to both tv's to run through it...Then program a macro with the first command being A on the switch first then the generic power and the B plus the tv power on the other tv.The total cost will be about 25.00 and you will have to splice en emmitter to a short piece of coax.Two in one out.
