George Fallica. I was Co-Owner of CIMAX USA. My suit was brought into this post by another member. Me, my partnerw and my company were accused of Racketeering and Rico by AMX. Only posting how successful AMX was in filing a frivolous suit to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace after we already filed suit against them.

He was guest-hosting for two DJ's who were on vacation.
As far as the CIMAX/AMX suit goes, that was terrible. I'm sure the money you recovered was not sufficient to compensate for your lost business.

Nope No Apology. Now when someone checks my name It looks like I am involved in Organized Crime. I deal with this in business and personal life everyday.
This just shows you the ethics of this company. Why I feel Scott Norder got what he deserved, the other heads of AMX stuck with it all the way to the end. They ruined a company and peoples lives because they wanted to keep a bigger portion and keep a concept that was not theirs. Thankfully i am still leading the way in the MDU Market.
I appreciate the comments. Thanks.
