I use a xantech ir receiver outside( the one that works with ultraviolet interference) and a connecting block to two emitters( on cd player and amplifier) Works great but I want to use a newer cd player that loads cd and song info onto the remote so that I will be able to know what albums I am selecting. I think that those cd players use 2-way remotes which won't work with the one way xantech. Is there a remote that can be programmed with album info so I can use it in a one way system? I am willing to buy new cd player and remote but I want to use the existing receiver and emitter system. Thanks
