Help!!!
My Xantech Dragon Drop software will not accept the "DOWN" input from either the Hunter Douglas remote, or the universal remote that I also have it programed in. I have down loaded the hex code from this site, but the "Down" command does not get transmitted through the system. When I use the Universal Remote programed with the down command through the Xantech system, it works just fine. Any Ideas???

yup.
Call Xantech. They are great at helping out, and once when I noticed a problem with one of their products they took it to the hoop and redesigned the thing.
I don't have their number with me at the moment, but their web site (xantech.com) should list it.
