I am running into a problem with some of the rc 9200 I have programed. If I set the home power button to Jump to the macro page to control powers and system on off the 9200's freeze and need to be reset from the button on the back. Has anyone run into this problem or heard of a solution? Thanks in advance.

two solutions

1) disable the macro, device buttons
2) when you download the CCF use the macro button to get to the macro side. Then use the remote like normal.

I've seen it with just a couple of units. I agree very much with Anthony's solution #2. Since running into that "factor", I train all my customers to utilize the macro button to power up desired components from there. In my experience, it tends to eliminate errors and any confusion that may come as a result.
