Would a 1MB Pronto be worth getting? Someone is selling one and I may be interested, but how fast does the memory fill. It will be used for my Sony TV, Yamaha Amp, Digibox, Video and DVD Player, but major functions (mainly) rather than everything like "speaker size", etc, OR would a 2MB version be better overall, maybe for future proofing?

it depends on who you are. For most setups a 1M Pronto is enough.

In agreemant with Anthony on this one...even some of the biggest systems I've done came in just under 1MB...the 2MB versions were designed for two main reasons....speed in the execution of commands and the ability to handle all the cool little graphics everyone is coming up with lately...
