Looking for another elusive black box.

This box must receive IR codes from one remote & emit codes from another.

More specifically, I need to use the source keys on a B&O remote to control an IR-controlled VGA switcher. At the moment, cost in not an issue.

If anyone knows of such a box, or perhaps an alternate solution, I'd be most appreciative.

The Ocelot from Applied Digital would work as the "converter", but it might not be able to handle the B&O's high-frequency codes.

In that case, you'd need a Xantech MS455 with a -455 receiver and emitter, to convert the B&O codes to 40KHz that the Ocelot can "understand"...

If price is not an issue, replace the B&O remote with one that will learn it's high frequencies and go that route.

Matt, it's amazing how the simplest solutions elude us. I never even thought of that. That's the route I'll go if the customer will part with the "euro-stick".

Tony, if they won't, then I'll be trying the Ocelot for the first time. Always wondered what that thing did, now I had an excuse to RTFM.

Thanks guys.
