Each button on my home page is essentially a macro.

I need this page to be RF.

I am not interested in creating a "fake" home page.

I need the "device tabs to do the same macro.

Help!

bradly: did you update your pro to the last version? using 3.4 of PPE

If you did, then you can do it. In 3.4, all aliases alias the type also. For instance if you setup the device TV to be IR and the device VCR to be RF then the button that has
TV-panel-on
VCR-panel-on
will send an IR command to the TV and a RF command to the VCR, no matter where that button is (Home, RF device, IR device....)

so as long as the learning (or UDB code) is not on the home page, you can do it

have you tried asking this question in the Pronto forum, and giving some more detail on the problem. I have worked with the Pro, but I have not tried the RF yet, so I don't think I can be much more help. But the Pronto forum is full of pronto owners and some of them have used the RF.

Bradley,
You need to do the firmware update for the pronto pro not the 3.4 prontoproedit software. You want to use that, but this is what you want. [Link: pronto.philips.com] on your computer.
