In places where high-end touchscreens don't fit the bill, which universal remotes do you specify? We'll be featuring moderately priced handhelds in the June issue of CE Pro and would like input from integrators. Please tell us which URCs you prefer and why. When do you specify them? Which features do you particularly appreciate?
