I am currently wrapping up the wiring for my Elan S6 system. Although I feel confident in my wiring, I am a little apprehensive about the programming of the Via's. I currently have all the programming tools and components, but need a professional to put it all together. If anyone can assist, please email [email protected].

Call Avad Central (Allnet). They are the Elan Distibutor and their sister company is the Rep(Tandem) They should be able to get you in touch with an Elan programmer if you dont get any responses here.
The VIA is extreamly easy to instal and Program, It may be worth it to you in the long run to set asside a few extra hours on this project to do it yourself. The learning curve is not very steep.

Yes I have installed quite a few Via panels and elan systems and with their software it is an easy to use windows like interface. There tech support is pretty well educated and helpful, but i don't know if they offer it to non dealers. In the long run it will be better to do it yourself because there a quite a few features you might want to incorporate along the way.

One thing I have learned in this industry. It is easier to pull a wire than it is to push one. |

I am an elan dealer in the chicago area and I have done quite a few via panels. Tell me what you want them to do and I will tell you if it is tough or not. Is there an SC-4 in the system? Are you using a z600 com controller? There are a few glitches to be aware of with some of the peripheral equipment. [email protected]
