Ok success...for some reason the software kept producing
a string that was incorrect. Today the engineer from Pulsworx
sent me an email w/ a srting to try and it worked. He
also sent another copy of the Command genertor software
that produces slightly different string that work perfectly.
So I'm off and running, thanks for all your help.

On another note have you tried an UPB thermostat yet??

Are you allowed to pass that program on? I would like to compare it to the programs I am using (which seem to be working for me).

In any case I am glad you got it working.

FCWilt, any chance you could send me a copy of said MSC-400 file? I've had almost no luck w/ the MSC and Simply Automated. I've used the ascii generator file from SA and also captured commands from HomeLogic via hyperterminal, and have so far not been able to garner a response from SA. I'd appreciate the help.

Hi,

Can you control your CIM or PIM via HyperTerminal?
