What is the easiest/best way to program a 28 module Lutron RadioRA system? I have the IR controller, a Macintosh Powerbook G3 (running 8.6) and limited programing knowledge (Spssx, Fortran, & Hypertex).

RA isn't programmed via computer. Each keypad is programmed individually, you can clone from one to another. (Its a real PITA).
