I thought he was the bitch in this arrangement...
Besides, you need to wait few more years before he turns 18

Was in BB today. Took a stroll through the magnolia section and came across denon heos.
Wasn't impressed with sound quality. Sonos sounds better.

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel on our monster prewire. Insulation starts Friday whether we're ready or not. Still waiting on about 4 pairs of speaker frames for house audio & all the theater speaker frames. The wire bundle at the rack location is easily bigger than my calf.

Had to leave that job to pipe a Hide-a-hose vac system so we could beat the drywall crew. I haven't piped central vac in about 4 years so I started pretty rusty--wasted two long sweeping 45's near the motor end. Luckily it's only 4 inlets but Hide-a-hose can be tricky sometimes. I kept thinking, "why the hell do you have 3 runs of pipe running right beside each other?"

Messed up my wrist moving a VERY heavy rack.

Carpeted closet and fully loaded rack are not a good thing.

Might as well go back to the beach.... :-)

I agree, the narration really polishes the video.  I have a bunch more clips with details on lighting control, AV, integration, etc. so just need to get more video content now to pair with them.

This latest video was shot using a Nikon D600 with 16-35mm f1:4 lens except for the gate/driveway and carrying the statue which were both shot with iPhone.  I just propped the iPhone on my dash and shot through the windshield when I was driving in and it turned out ok.

Wow, quality production. Did you use a Steadicam?

Ha. Perfect reaction :-D

I helped the guys finish up on a landscape audio system today. I was dead tired when I left. Got home and the future Mrs had me dig holes in rock and root infested dirt for her 6 trees and 4 bushes. I wonder if that jewelry store takes returns.

Quick service call this morning. "Remote stopped working" was the call for help. This was our first Pro Control 24.r/link.r combo. We replaced the remote AND the base station under warranty within a month of original install. I was expecting this to be deja vu. When I got there, nothing had power. She said she unplugged the cord for the "splitter thingy...just in case it was an electrical problem". As soon as I plugged it back it, I knew what happened. Still no power. So I reached behind the cabinet and flipped the power switch on the power strip. Boom. Everything works perfectly. She thinks her cat done it. Probably true. Or her dumb son. I can tell he has been in there futzing with stuff. Anyway, there we go.
