I am in need of some help to select the best type of learning remote which will operate Bang & Olufsen products! For example, Beosound 9000 multi CD player, Beovision 3 TV, DVD1, and V8000 VCR. I am also wanting to control lighting with the same remote, any help would be most grateful.

If you like touchscreens, look at Pronto, Pronto Pro, Marantz RC5200, RC9200

I use both my beo4 with my beosystem1 and a Sony AV3000.
It was a pain though, as I had to reprogram every button and there is no seperate on/off buttons in the lcd. So I used the recall button as on for the component and the power(off) button as the standby. Otherwise it controls everything, though only the beo4 remote I have ever seen seems to be able to point at a wall in a room without the beolink(with the door open of course) and operate a sensor in the other room.
