I have sony dream system that I want to put in my basement and run the speaker wire through the walls. The speakerwire that came with the system has easy connectors for the receiver/dvd system. Does anyone know how I can get new speaker wire for the walls with these connectors. They are not like my other systems as those you can buy any speakerwire to connect to the system.

Don't run any wire through your walls that does not say "CL-3" or something like that along the length of it. This may be a hazard to the health and safety of you and your family in the event of a fire or other problem in the home. Period. End of sentance.
You are likely not going to find any wire with the right connectors on it that will be long enough, CL-3 or not. I suggest hiring a professional like the ones you will find holding up the bar around here to get the work done for you. Try the CEDIA web site or you local phone book, or ask around here.
