Can anyone direct me to info on a firmware upgrade for the RC5200 so that it can achieve 2-way communication (via a sensor system) with the Marantz music server DH9300?

The RC 5200 is a one way remote so it cannot do what you need it to do. The rc3200 may be able able to do this but I haven't got any info on this feature in the DH 9300.
