QQQ,
If you are excited by this, you should check out the remote control holder under both home theater and Sat-Cable forums. Wow what a tallented woman.

You know you guys dont seem to have anything good to say in anyones post, and im talking about most of the peole that had somethin negative to say in this post.
Ive read some of the other post in different areas of the site, and you are all always TALKING SHIT to someone.
You guys remind me of the bully in school that always wants to kick the nerds ass and take his money.
Then one day he decides he wants to become a nerd himself, so he can earn his own money.
So he goes and trains, and studies, and trains somemore, until one day he learns a bit about audio, thinks himself the shit, and goes to this site to find a thread he can put down on, and he begins his duty.
Just like when he was in school, pickin on the nerd.
The only diff is that he is a nerd himself now, and he aint getting paid for puttin someone down anymore.
Damm that sucks!!!!
Oh well if doin what yall do turns you on, then keep doin it, but why waste your time typin?
If you aint got nothin positive to say, then keep it to yourself.!
Its an idea, that make money!!
It take an idea, to come up with a product that can be marketed!
One day the same product you talked about , you might be installin in someones house.
Did you ever think about that?
Guess not, your to busy makin money with your hands, instead of your brains.
LOL you guys are a trip, i think ill hang out a while
and see how many enemies i can make.
oh if you guys wanna laugh somemore check out my performance shop demo car.
Youll love it!!!

1: Maybe you should of put your add in the Marketplcae forum instead of the custom installers loung.

2: Maybe you shoud build your product with a HOME in mind, not a car...... 7-ply birch is fine for Cars stereo as MDF and Particle board have issues when they get wet, but Plywood is not dense enough for home use.

2b: pheonix gold woofer? Please... At least call up maddisound and use a Focal or peerless.

3: Why would you make a rediculous claim like "The unknown to home audio (BAND PASS DESIGN) has now made it into your homes for the first time."

Bose has been building bandpass woofers for 15+ years. (Not that they are any good, but everyone on the planet ahs heard of theme)I could name at lease a dozen other companies that build home bandpass subs. M&K, Paradigm, Klipsch, etc etc etc......

Ouch, somebodies feelings got hurt. Nobody said you were an all around loser. Just because we don't like that particular item you are making doesn't mean we think you're an ass. 90% think Bose speakers and systems are crap, while others think it's the best around. It's just opinions man...take a breather

"Greg the D**k C.". Can someone come to rescue my honor, QQQ, McNasty, MrT., anybody?

The thing is Rotech..... Instead of addressing the issues that we've pointed out to you, you seem to feel the need to "attack" back.

I'll give you the courtesy of an honest reply though I doubt it will do any good. If you don't expect to be made fun of you need to learn to write a real product introduction. Here's the beginning of your earlier post. It truly does sound like some over-the-top Ginsu steak knife infomercial. That may be what you need to succeed on E-Bay, I don't know. But it's not going to earn you a shining reception here. Here was just the beginning of your post.

It takes ground shaking bass, and a complete surround sound system to boot!

Well where does one get a real deal sub woofer system with a professional cabinet design to make this happen without spending $3000 or more?

Well look no further"

"Don’t be fooled by the claims of a wanna be sub system"...

p.s. Your product may be very good and I have no reason to make fun of it. I did however, have reason to make fun of the way you chose to announce it. It's also not proper etiquette to advertise products on a private board like this and if you're going to do it, discrete is better than over-the-top.

Good luck with your product.

Rotech,
I spent years in Car Audio and had a lot of fun doing it. Your product shows effort thats worthy but I agree that advertising it here is bad etiquette and bound to get you needled. I also have to say that my area has a lot of really "custom" installers who build their own enclosures into floors or false walls, design their own crossover networks, and spend a buttload of time coming up with things that my company ends up replacing because it just doesn't sound as good as a product that is manufactured by people who have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of proper equipment to design and build speakers. I've never heard anyone's garage built subwoofer come close to a Velodyne HGS12 for true bass reproduction (If you really want to blown out of your seat... hear a Signature 1812!) Luckily for you... I'm sure there is a market for your product but, as echoed loudly through this forum, you are talking to the pros here... guys and gals who have been in this industry for years and have a lot of training and a lot of exposure to the best of the best.
