decora dimmer style volume control?

I'm looking for a mechanical volume control that would match impedance and would look like a spacer dimmer (no round knob)

Anybody seen one?

thanks guys I love the elan one ( I'm used to the niles ones..... are they as good )never replaced one under any circumstances?
