I have had a couple of problems with Draper not making what was ordered. Is it just me? Any comments?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I tried draper a couple of years ago, with a 14X18' white matte motorized screen and I find the product a little on the cheap side not strong enough for heavy duty performance. Never had a problem with my orders though. Lately I have bought DA-Lite, it's a little more expensive but it's a better product all way around and they deliver on time.

i used to use draper clarion wall mounted screens. it would take two of us approximately 30-45 min to put together and hang, and the corners never met up squarely. i am now using da-lite and i can have it on the wall by myself in 15 min, and the corners meet up perfectly. i have also used stewart and found them to also be of the highest quality, and almost as easy to put together as the da-lite. you get what you pay for in a screen

Have to agree with SD on the fit on the Draper Clarion. The 40 degree mitered corners never fit right. I installed a Draper Access Sereies E yesterday, and it worked fine. All of my orders have been correct.

Problems? Besides that fact that i ordered on 5 weeks ago and was told it was shiping on the 3rd. When i called yesturday to try to get a tracking number, they told me it hadnt shiped yet.

They made good (suposable) by UPS OVERNIGHTING the screen. Im supose to have it before 10am. We will see.

Boy, I wish i knew of a site that had idustry links and installer referals so i could have more options.. Oh wait.. There is one...
