With a new 9400, when i progran sounds into my macros they are only hard as a beep, and does any body 9400 setups in the files area I could not find them.

No setups there yet. However, you can import TSU7000/Marantz RC9500 files from the NG files section with relative ease.
The TSU9400 does not have a speaker, only a buzzer. There's a post on this where Philips recently commented on this. This feature was not removed from the 9400 editor.
