I use a Ecient device in my ProntoEdit TS9600 setup. In the same system I use a RFX9600 who output IR to a multiroom controller.
How do I assign the Ecient device hard buttons in Ecient properties to a specific extender?

You create a sibling hidden Activity named My_Escient_Hard_Buttons (or something like that) such that you can assign an Extender ID to this device. In the hardbuttons of this hidden Activity, assign your actions.

Next, in the Escient Activity, simply add links to the hard buttons in the Escient Activity to reference the buttons to which you added your actions in your sibling Activity.
