Well now that I have the TSU-9600 it's time to retire the custom interface cable for controlling the Sony STR-DA90ESG receiver. Problem is now my IR repeater system (Xantech) doesn't seem to pass the higher signal.
What seems strange though is it seems to work if I am within 4 feet of the Xantech receiver. This doesn't seem logical since it should either pass the higher frequency or not. Anyway, two questions.
What is the frequency range of the DA90 so I can have an intelligent conversation with Xantech (I figure Daniel probably remembers)?
Does anyone have experience passing the higher freq's through repeater systems? I suppose I can pop for an RFX9400 or 9600 unit, but don't really want to yet.
