I tried a few searches but couldn't find the info on how to enter the various menus on the 9600, I need to find my mac address, could someone tell me the various combinations of buttons to enter the different menus?

To enter setup, press and hold the tools button (center of the top bar - silver wrenches) for 3 seconds. To get to diagnostics - Backlight+Menu+Firm2. To reset Home + Menu +PagePlus. For other keyboard shortcuts, press F1 help and search for "keyboard shortcuts" from the editor.
