How do you upgrade this unit?

I downloaded the firmware .zip from Philips and it has 4 files in it. Once logged into the RFX-9400's firmware update page, none of these file are accepted as valid firmware images.

Any help?

Thanks.

Do not unzip the file. That's the problem you are having. You need to browse to the zip file from the firmware update page and you'll be good to go.

Golly... that's how I would have programmed it to work personally if I had to upload multiple files to a device, it just didn't occur to me that Philips would have had that foresight and ingenuity.

Thanks Low.
