I am doing an installation involving an Escient music server(E2 200GB) and a Pronto 9600.
How do the two communicate?
Any general advice?
Are any other components required?

Wi-fi is the means of communication. You will need to configure your 9600 to be in the WIFI network. Once this is done, you will need to ensure that the E2 has the firmware 4.1.7.8. If it does not, you will not be able to connect with TSU9600.

I also see that you are new here. Had you done a search, you could have also found this thread.

Hope these help.
