Has anyone seen or heard of an actual tutorial for basic programming. I am finding that the basics like code databases, etc are not included in any documentation

Get JavaScript By Flannigan, publisher O'Reilly and read read read. If you have no programming background, well it may be rough. In that case start with some programming primer the equavalent of "Basic (or JAVA) for Dummies" (no disrespect intended) if it exists.

Barry,

I think he means programming the remote in general and not ProntoScript.

I might suggest reading the Classic Pronto FAQ, the Pronto NG FAQ, and if you find you still need help with best practices, purchase the Ultimate Pronto Guide (written for the TSU3000/7000 editor but there's enough similarity to get you moving) from http:// www.prontowizard.com
