I was using a Tsu 9600 for some years after my home cinema installers have configured it in 2007 to us with sky Hd and apple TV along with my infocus In 19 projector and Naim NVI Amp and DVD player.
I have Rako lighting system.
All changed over the years and Pronto was left only to change lights as the projector was replaced with Epson projector and AMP/DVD with OPPO 105 BD. Laptop moved to Win 10
Pronto is functional but no previous programming codes are available.
Plan
To start from scratch
Buy a cheap ( eBay)win XP laptop to load the software from original CD.
Reset My pronto ( need advice how to do )
Re programme without any previous experience with the help of this forum,
Is this reasonable and achievable?
I trawled through the forum but did not find a similar situation.
I can not find anyone who does this for living any more!
Any comments and suggestions are gratefully received.
Many thanks

Download ProntoEdit Professional 2.4 from here.

It will run on Windows7 32bit with no issues. I've heard of folks running Win8 32 and 64 bit but may require VMWare or Virtual PC.

With regard of how to reset the pronto, download the latest PEP2 compatible 9600 firmware.

Now, to reset the Pronto, do a Complete Firmware Reload. Please review this post.
