I would like to add a touchscreen keyboard to my pronto for the Nvidia shield TV, are there any discreet keyboard ir codes available for it? Better still has anyone already made a keyboard?

I found a PCX9200 usb dongle online for sale. I wonder if this will enable keyboard functions to be sent to the shield? Anyone know if its compatible with the tsu9800?

No, it is only compatible with the TSU9200.

The closest I have been able to control my shield including keyboard commands is using ABD commands from Eventghost. It worked but ABD commands are slow. Plus you had to use IR from Pronto to EG. Not sure if you could write a JavaScript for ABD to shield. The only other remote I tried was Sevenhugs - Smart Remote X. It used Blu-tooth to control the shield and it did have keyboard commands.
