Question is if the hard keys like Volume and channel can be programmed for each device I select? For example when on my Denon receiver page the volume up hard key will control the Denon's main volume but when I am on my Samsung TV page that same volume up hard key will turn up the TV volume, this possible?

I think not because in PEP I don't see the ability to program those hard keys separately, just once under the system properties page. Any thoughts?

Thanks!!

Sure you can.
I'm running PEP3 here, but I think it's the same for the previous versions.
Go to the Activity Properties page for any activity, select the button you want to reassign and uncheck "Use System Properties" in the top right of the properties pane.

Thanks Sebastian I will try that today! I have PEP3 as well so looks like this not an issue. Sorry for such a noob question, it has been some time since I programmed this awesome remote.

I noticed the Activity Properties page is only available under my Home sub-menu see link: [Link: drive.google.com]

Does unchecking the "use system properties" button allow me to just learn different IR codes under the different pages? ex. Denon home page or Samsung home page will now allow me learn IR codes for the hard keys on those pages independently? Thanks!

Yes, unchecking the option will allow you to program the given hard button independent of what the system properties for the given hard button happen to be.
