Philips Pronto TSU9200 software troubles

Good afternoon! My name is Max. And I have a problem. Not so long ago I bought not a new TSU9200. Without software disk.

I installed on my computer:
Windows XP SP3
Framework 3.0
Visual runtime 8.0
(As stated in the Pronto Cofigurator program manual from this site.)

Connected TSU9200 to the computer. The computer identified it as a device, and the TSU9200 switched to USB mode. Launched Pronto configurator.
A window appeared with the creation of My profile, where I indicate my personal details.

Then, I click> NEXT

And nothing happens ... Does not move on to the next step. And the information in the window is reset. Also, the database date file is not created. (In window button FINISH is not active)

I do not know what to do. Please, help... So I also tried on a computer with Windows 10 in different compatibility modes. In doing so, it creates a date file. But at the same time, he does not proceed to the next step in the same way ...

Please... Help me T_T...
