Hello all,

Total newbie here. My parents home has a Pronto system in it and one of the TSU9600 remotes has stopped responding to presses of the touch screen. So I have bought a spare off ebay, can anybody help guide me with the software so I can clone the failed remote with the replacement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Pronto Edit Professional is in the files section, but my understanding of these devices is that you can program them, but not extract the file to download to another device. I think this was intended to help installers by preventing their work being copied. If I am right, you need the original file from whomever installed it, or you'll be starting from scratch.

Thanks. A bit hard when they get so old. I am hoping now that I might just be able to change the touch screen to get it going again.

Your only option is to swap case and motherboard if you don't have the original config file.

You cannot transfer a file from 1 TSU9600 to another via Upload/Download.
