I've been having an odd problem with the 9600 from day one (over six months).
On an intermittent basis, a button push on any page will bring up the home page instead of sending a code. I thought that I must have had a hidden code somewhere that caused this, but I haven't turned up anything as yet. What's really odd is that from time to time, activation of the pickup sensor will also jump the display to the home page.
Does anyone here know anything about this issue???
Thanks,
Dawn

Dawn,
Are you using an RFX9600? I've had problems where going through executing an action list and a serial extender error occurs, you immediately go back to the home page. Anything in your diagnostics log?
Also, are you using the latest versions of the firmware in the extenders and the TSU9600?

Lyndell,
No, not using any RFX, but I don't have the latest firmware either. I guess I'll try downloading the newest and trying it. How do I get to the diagnostics log?

I had that happen a couple of times about 6 months ago on a remote, I never did figure out what caused it but I was in the middle of programming and on subsequent downloads the problem seemed to go away, so I just chalked it up to a programming error on my part somwhere.

On few occasions, I've seen weird things during download where panels with images show up as white. I think it may have something to do with the compiled config being corrupted. Usually, a second download corrected the problem.
