I'm a little confused over my 9400 problem. It won't charge. It's at about 30% charge on the remote and the remote is currently working. When I place the remote in the cradle (wiggle around a bit) the red light does not come on. The remote is not charging.

I put a voltmeter to the power brick output on the bottom of the dock where it plugs in and I get 5 volts. Yet the 3 gold contacts on top, no matter what combination I use I don't get any voltage. I have two cradles and both are acting the same way. I can't believe both cradles would die at the same time.

Ended up getting a almost new condition 9400 on eBay for $64. I'm shocked how clean it is. Loaded it up with my settings and it works perfectly.

I have the same problem. My 9400 works good but will not charge on the cradle.
Anybody have ideas, What the problem can be?

Mine ended up working a few weeks later after I had it unplugged for awhile. I would try unplugging your power brick for a few days and see if that helps.
