Looks like the unit is VERY sensitive or by chance, are you using an RF Extender?

In MyDatabase, what is the 'Duration' you have set for the code? Is it 'Default'?

Yeah, duration is default.

yes, I've got a Philips RFX9400 extender...

I've kind of dropped this box now, looks like they have gone out of business (but would love to get it to work properly with the remote).

I'll post up another thread as I'm now trying to get a Wetek Hub to work (similar box/same chipset)... The remote is very similar, but not the same codes as the xtreamer whizz.
