Hi there, I have had Sky Q installed and these new boxes are both IR and Bluetooth controllable. I have done an IR learn using my Pronto 9600.

However, it works but not perfectly.

When trying to control via the 9600, the IR codes work but not every press. For example trying to type 101 you have to wait a long time between each number otherwise it doesn't recognise it.

Any advice welcome!

Also I have a Denon AVR2000 and when trying to control the volume, you cannot just hold the vol up or down, you have to press it tens of times to get the volume to change by tiny amounts each time. Is there something I need to change.

Sounds like you don't have clean code learns on the Denon.
