I have not programmed my TSU9400 in a long time. I switched to AT&T uVerse today and need to learn the IR commands for their remote. I am running Windows 10 x64 (not sure if that's the issue). When I try and learn the IR the window shows "No compatible control panel connected. Please connect and try again." I am in the component functions menu.

The TSU9400 shows up in the device manager.

Problem solved, too simple. I had to reboot the 9400.

PEP V3 has memory leaks. I strongly recommend using PEP2 only unless you need 'Overlay' capability.
