Some questions on the TSU-9800 I just bought, second hand...

The automatic OFF time, how can I set that?
Didn't see a settings button.
Maybe it's been blocked by the original installer?
I could maybe reset the unit to factory settings?
How do I do that?
Is it risky to download the firmware?

Got PEP3 and PEP2 installed, and the unit seems to work OK, imported the default set into the 9800.

Can't wait to tame this monster, read the stickies and the programming info!

First, remove PEP3. Use only PEP2 as PEP3 release was beta and still has some memory leaks in it. Unless you want to use 'overlays', there's no reason to use PEP3.
