Hello,
I have a TSU9600 remote, but all hard buttons(Volume, page etc…) are not lighted up when the remote is on.
Is there any task that I can do to turn on light of the hard buttons?

When you press a hard button, do they light up for at least 4 seconds? If not, then there may be an issue with the LEDs.
