Is there documentation for PEP 3? I can't seem to find it. If there is, could someone give me the link? If not, does PEP2 documentation cover most of the features of 3?

Did you press F1 Help from PEP3? F1 Help, along with the Draft DEV Guide is all that is available for PEP3. However, the PEP2 documentation will get you started and covers most of the topics except Overlays and multiple Project files inside a single zip (MCF???).

Thanks. I have tried the F1 Help key but I only get a start up page and it says that it is initializing, but it never gets past that. If I could get it up once I would print it out. I will Try the PEP2 and see if it is any better.
