Well, my HR 20 finally died after about, I don't know, 11 years. The technician replaced it with an HR24, but many of my codes no longer work, and a number of codes cause an infinite loop of up arrow or down arrow.

Does someone have a recent file in which I can upload working codes to the TSU9600?

Problem lies with your H24. It uses exactly the same codes as the HR20 and every other DirecTV box made in the last 10 years.
