My TV (Oled), Reciever; SONY STR-SD 1050 has only one button for ON/OFF.
Is there anyway to seperate them?
Problem is that if I turn of my TV, and the SD1050 is off, its turning on, since I programmed all my hardware to close at the same time.
I would like a code that ONLY turns my TV or Reciever OFF, not on/off.
Any suggestions?
Best Regards!

They are called "discrete" codes. Here is a list of manufactures for codes. You may also find other codes that will be helpful. Like a code for input 1, input 2, input3 and so on. Or a mute on and mute off. [Link: remotecentral.com]KOT

For Sony, try using the Power Toggle for ON and then try to use the Sony System Off Code for Power Off. [Link: files.remotecentral.com]Also for that receiver, try the Power On/Off codes (there are 2 sets) on this page. [Link: files.remotecentral.com]
