Is the screen itself smashed or just the touch area above it?

The 9600 has the plastic surface on top and then the LCD glass screen on bottom. If the outer part is cracked, then the only way to get a replacement is to get the full front panel for the remote.

www.servicewidetech.com in the states can quote you a price to fix. You might be better off picking up a 9600 on ebay.

Do you have a metal or plastic scroll wheel version?

I also have spares in New Zealand if it helps

I'm searching for a Mainboard of TSU9600 with Metal wheel decoder.

I have 2 broken units,

one with plastic wheel (my Dog used this Unit like a bone/ only the front-housing is damaged)

and a second Unit with Metal wheel with broken LCD and damaged Mainboard (the mainboard does not respond).

The housings and the mainboards are not compatible. So I hope the LCD is compatible!
If this is the case and I can get a Mainboard for Metal wheel decoder I can manage to repair those Unit.

Anybody here wants to sell one Mainboard for Metal wheel decoder or Front housing for Plasic wheel decoder to me?
