search for master reset in this forum all pronto pro's are the same

its something like

home , menu, page up

let go and then press the 3 middle hard buttons under the screen.

Complete Firmware Reload I think is the term you may also want to search for.

Note that when you do this, you want to have the remote connected to the computer and you must download new firwmare into it.
