Hi there!
I´ve tried a lot of tips from this forum but it seems that i got stucked with my problem.
My Pronto TSU9400 is hanging on startup and only shows the screen with the blue PHILIPS logo.
I´ve tried to do a factory reset (Menu + Home + Page+) and pressing the firm keys 2, 3 and 4 together within 2 seconds and holding it for a long time causes no reaction. The device doesn´t switch to firmware download mode. I tried the same method on another working TSU9400 which switched into the firmware download mode properly.
Also switching the device on with holding the firm keys 2, 3 and 4 pressed only results in the screen with the PHILIPS logo.
Is there any other solution that can help me or is the dead pronto a case für the trashbin? I hope that someone here has a tip to help me with my problem.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately that are bad news. Then I can use the Pronto for spare parts only. Thanks anyway.
